If we assess the bag and service is declined, or for additional journeys and multi-bag returns, courier is at your cost. We use GDEX locally and DHL internationally; insurance is your choice. Outside KL and Selangor, send the bag to us via your preferred courier.

Yes — crocodile, ostrich and python, each handled by our exotic-leather specialist. These leathers require dedicated tools and technique; we take them on selectively.

We tell you before we start. Some limits are structural: scratches on nylon will not fully clean off — replacement is the only lasting fix. Partial leather replacement carries a tone-match risk — new and aged leather rarely match exactly. Odour treatment improves; it does not promise full elimination. Nothing is taken on without your sign-off.

Every piece is different. Cost depends on the model, the leather, the hardware and the work involved — there is no fixed rate. Send us a photo (front, back, and the area of concern) and we come back with a specific estimate for that piece.
