Walk in any time during opening hours — our TRX outlet is open Mon–Sun · 10am–8pm. Bringing the piece in person is the fastest way to a quote: we inspect it with you and talk through what's possible before anything begins. If you'd rather not travel with the bag yet, send a photo on WhatsApp first.
Send a photo on WhatsApp. We reply with a real estimate for your specific piece — the same service can cost differently across two bags from the same house, depending on the model, the material, and the damage we find. There's no fixed price list, and we'd rather quote your actual bag than a generic range.
CHANEL, LOUIS VUITTON, HERMÈS, DIOR, GUCCI, PRADA, SAINT LAURENT and most major houses — across leather, hardware, lining, colour and structure. If you're unsure whether we take on your piece, send a photo and we'll tell you honestly, including when something falls outside what we do.
Message us on WhatsApp first and we'll talk through your options for getting the piece to us. We see clients from Bukit Bintang, KLCC, Pavilion KL, Eco Sky, Tun Razak Exchange financial district and well beyond TRX, so you won't be the first to arrange this from a distance — we'll confirm the practical handover once we've seen photos of the bag.
It depends on the work. A clean is quick; colour work, structural repair or hardware sourcing takes longer, and some parts have to be ordered in. We give you a firm timeline once we've seen the piece in person — we'd rather commit to a date we can keep than quote an average that doesn't fit your bag.
