How delivery, free outlet pickup, returns and exchanges work for the care collection.
Delivery
We currently deliver within Malaysia. Orders are dispatched within two working days by courier. Delivery is free on orders over RM150; a flat RM10 applies below that.
Outlet pickup (free)
Prefer to collect? Choose Outlet pickup at checkout and pick up free at either Kuala Lumpur outlet — Plaza Damas (Mon–Sun, 10am–7pm) or TRX (Mon–Sun, 10am–8pm). We’ll message you on WhatsApp when your order is ready; bring your order confirmation.
Returns & exchanges
Unopened, unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, opened or used care products can’t be returned unless faulty. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, or we sent the wrong thing, we’ll replace it or refund you in full (including postage) — just reach us within 14 days. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we’ve received and checked the item.
