Three is usually enough: full front, full back or interior, and a close-up of the specific damage. Natural daylight gives us the truest read. Don't worry about staging — we just need to see the actual condition.
The WhatsApp quote is indicative — based on the photos we see. The confirmed price comes after physical inspection at the atelier, when we can assess leather depth, hardware condition and structural integrity. If we discover additional issues during inspection, we always check with you before proceeding.
Yes — a deposit is required before work begins. The exact amount and terms are confirmed when you accept the quote.
